Professional Skills:

I have 10 years of experience with PowerShell including creating a 100% Windows Native PCI DSS Auditing Tool.
I created production tools which are still in active use by multiple firms inlcuding management tools for Office 365 and Datto Autotask using PoSh scripting techniques.
I am quite familiar with PoSh and other scripting languages, especially regarding integration with many and varied APIs.

My educational background is in Compuer Security and Investigations having graduated from that program at Fleming College in Peterborough in 2014.
Since that time I have worked in the sector implementing and managing security-based projects and conducting forensically sound analyses where needed in corporate operations.
I have acted in an instructor/educational role to assist clients in implementing newly evolving solutions for secure computing.
A number of my more recent projects have included heavy implementation of newer multiple-factor authentication methods.

I have a comprehensive and thorough knowledge of Microsoft AD design and management from standing-up Domain Controller servers to bulk user management.
My extensive PowerShell experience is a great asset in this arena.

I have worked heavily within the Office 365 environment and am able to manage it with a fine degree of precision and skill.
My PowerShell experience is also key here as well.
I am capable of managing multiple O365 tenancies with hundreds of objects (users, mailboxes, groups, etc.). I developed extensive command-line based tool scripts to manage O365 assets online that are in use in production environments currently. I am experienced with a number of varied scenarios regarding On-Premises vs. Cloud and Hybrid implementations of O365.

I'm experienced with a myriad of SIEM, NIDS, and HIDS tools in real world scenarios.
I've both installed and managed the operation/maintenance of several different SIEM tools.
I have experience with AlienVault, ManageEngine, SolarWinds, Tenable, NetworkDetector and other detection systems.
I developed a rudimentary, experimental SIEM tool using the Elastic Stack (ELK).

I've had a great deal of experience with remote management tools such as Solarwinds nAble and Datto RMM.
I have implemented both the initial setup of RM systems and the roll out of RM systems into existing and new computing environments.
I used remote management tools to service hundreds of live servers and thousands of live workstations in production environments accross multiple clients.

I have experience with a number of OS native and third-party backup solutions.
I've worked heavily with Datto, Veeam, Barracuda, and others.
While not suitable for Enterprise-level backup storage, I have also worked with Google Drive, DropBox and Microsoft OneDrive to manage small payloads with minimal complexity.

I have worked with a plethora of different Antivirus solutions in production environments.
AV solutions I've had experience with include Semantec, Kaspersky, ESET, Bitdefender, McAfee, Malwarebytes, and Webroot.

As part of my schooling I undertook four semester-long classes in Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessment.
I have conducted numerous Vulnerability Assessments and several Penetration Tests against various organizations in my years as a technician.
I have been respsonsible for the organization of said tests including planning, garnering authorization, conducting scans, analyzing results and delivering recommendations and conclusions to clients.
I am familiar with the following Pen-test/Vulnerability Scanning tools: Metasploit, NMap, Wireshark, OpenVAS, OWASP, BeFF, W3af and of course Kali Linux, wherein most of these tools can be found.

Also as a part of my schooling I was trained in Risk Assessment and Management.

I have been a part of some premier, world-class customer service teams working for companies including Apple, Microsoft and American Express.

As an IT Analyst and Consultant one is constantly challenged to keep sharp their problem solving skills.
I always take pride in contributing to team-work when solving technical problems and am capable of solving complex issues given appropriate resources.
